Who we are

What we collect
- What you type into the enquiry form: the address you ask about, your name, company, email, and, if you give them, your phone number, topic and note.
- The network (IP) address your browser used when sending the form, stored alongside it so misuse can be traced.
- Anything you write to us by email, and our replies.
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Bot protection
The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts. Turnstile runs a check in your browser and may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser details under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. It does not show ads and we receive only a pass or fail result.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, to discuss and complete a purchase you ask about, and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not sell, rent or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and passes the form to our mailbox.
- The company that hosts our mailbox, where our correspondence with you is kept.
- If a purchase goes ahead, the escrow service and registrars involved, which receive what they need to complete it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within 24 months of the last message. Records of a completed purchase are kept for as long as tax and contract law require.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, by writing to elise@rackwayconsulting.com. If you reply "stop" to any email from us, we will not write to that address again.
Changes
Whenever this notice is revised, the "last updated" date near the top is revised too.
